7-Day Replacement Guarantee
If your product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no extra cost.
How to Request a Replacement

- Send a short photo or video showing the issue.
- We confirm and arrange the replacement.
Conditions
- Product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
- Damage caused by misuse, cutting, incorrect power supply or water exposure beyond the stated rating is not covered.
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days for unused items in original packaging; delivery charges for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.
